Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including data entry, and to support the smooth running of our office operations.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

- Manage general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.

- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

- Assist with basic tasks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

- Assist with the preparation of regular reports and presentations.

- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


Qualifications:

- Experience with Xero is a significant advantage.

- Proven experience in an office administration role.

- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial principles.

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Batchelor Degree
